Returns

All items must be authorized, shipped, and returned within 14 days of placing your order.

To initiate a return, customers must first obtain prior return authorization from our team. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be new, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging
• Any product that has been opened or used is not eligible for return
• All sales are final on opened products

To help customers experience products before opening their purchase, each order includes a complimentary sample when available.

Customers are responsible for:

• Original shipping costs
• Return shipping costs
• Any delivery fees associated with the order

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of receipt of the returned item.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged. Any item not returned in its original sealed condition will be considered final sale.
